The heat was in full force to remind us all what summers in Texas are really like. Thank goodness the first day of fall is on September 22. To celebrate the first day of Fall, Fannin Tree Farm is having their Goodbye Summer, Hello Fall Sale! Fall is the perfect time to plant trees. Come out to Fannin Tree Farm September 26th, 27th and 28th for the Goodbye Summer and Hello Fall Sale. All Trees will be on sale.

When it comes to trees, spring is the time for new growth, and fall is the ideal time for planting. Why, you ask? The soil conditions from autumn rain and cooler temperatures provide the perfect planting environment, allowing trees’ root systems to acclimate to their new surroundings as they head into dormancy and before they wake up for spring growth.
