Five star experience here guys. Fernando did a fantastic job helping us not only pick out our trees, but educating us on how to choose, care for, and what to expect from each. He helped steer us in the right direction and made sure we were taken care of. He was excellent with communication, responsive, and never pushy. The team came out and planted the two trees we purchased and transplanted an existing tree with four weeks and they did an excellent job with everything. A couple of weeks later Fernando and the team came back out to check on everything as a follow up and to go over a few more things with me. Just overall a fantastic experience and I will return when I need more large trees planted etc. 10/10 would recommend!

This is the only place to buy a tree, period! I used to buy from the other big name nursery but no more. I have so far bought 4 trees from Fannin with a plan eventually to buy several more . As much as I think Fannin Tree sales is awesome, Fernando, their tree specialist really has made my purchase a fantastic experience and will keep me coming back. All of my trees are doing great except one which has the dreaded borers as a result of the heat stress. Fernando came out to take a took and has patiently spent so much time talking and explaining to me about my tree. He also applied insecticide to treat the borers on my tree under warranty. On top of that Fernando has stayed in touch, dropping by or texting because my tree is struggling. Fernando has taken my numerous calls , always patiently explaining what is going on and answering my numerous questions . Fannin Tree Farm, you have quite the gem in Fernando. I trust him and I trust Fannin. Thank you!

If you want healthy, native, quality trees, this is your place to go. I’m new to the area and wanted to discuss some options to replace and plant trees in our new yard. Matt was extremely helpful and informative and the location was unexpectedly hospitable and family friendly. There were snacks, small toys, coloring books, water, and other drinks available for customers and kids alike. I got a lot of great information, was encouraged to communicate with employees there about my existing trees, and at no time was pressured to buy anything. I cannot say enough good things about this location and the service we received from Matt. We will most certainly be including fannin trees in our yard over the next few years as we remodel and landscape.

Fannin planted four trees for us and did an amazing job! When I went to pick out the trees, Pam drove me around the lot to mark the exact trees that I wanted. She really knows her trees! Then when the crew came to plant, they were super careful with the trees, staking and mulching everything they planted. Then they cleaned up afterwards, sweeping the sidewalk and street near the new trees. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism! Thank you, Fannin staff.

I purchased three magnolias back in June and unfortunately one of them didn’t make it. I contacted Fannin about my tree’s condition and they have honored my warranty. I’m very happy to see that they are a company of their word and I will definitely be purchasing more trees here in the future.

I was impressed with Fannin Tree Farm in Frisco. I’ve always driven by and it never dawned to stop in. Today I did. What made the visit extra special was I actually arrived as they were closed. Even though they were closed. The representative was patient and answered all my questions and allowed me to look around. I also loved that the prices on the trees include installation… When it’s time to purchase the tree, there is no doubt I will purchase from Fannin Tree Farm.
