Why should I buy a tree?

Trees increase the value of your home and provide shade and comfort, and decrease utility bills. Our tree service professionals can help you determine the exact location and type of tree that would be best for your specific needs, and we carry a one-year written warranty. Did you know that, according to the National Forest Foundation, the U.S. Forest Service grows seedlings for about one to two years at a nursery prior to planting in the wild? What is your order cancellation policy?

You can cancel an order, but keep in mind that we charge a return service fee of 3% on all orders. We also charge a 20% restocking fee on all orders canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled install. Special order deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable. You can call our tree nursery to learn more.

What is included in the price of the tree?

Fannin Tree Farm prices include standard front yard tree installation, staking and guide wiring (if necessary), mulching, and clean up around the tree, plus the one-year Fannin Guarantee. *Backyard & side yard installs may incur additional charges depending on freight, point of access for equipment, fence removal, hand digging due to utility lines, dead tree removal, and if additional equipment is required (i.e., crane).

How soon can my selected tree be planted?

It depends on the time of year you are planting a tree. Our lead times generally start from two to three weeks, and in peak season can go to four to six weeks. However, this is hard to determine until you come in to purchase trees for sale.

What About Unusual Planting Situations And Extra Expenses?

Crane charges, underground utility lines, fence removal and replacement, jackhammer rental and extra labor for rock, plant, and shrub removal, and rerouting of sprinkler system lines are the financial responsibility of the purchaser when buying trees for sale.
