Offer valid on in-stock trees located at the Fannin Tree Farm Sales Yard in Frisco, Texas. Trees must be physically available on the sales yard at the time of purchase. Special orders, custom-grown trees, and future inventory are not eligible for this promotion.

The discount applies to the tree of equal or lesser value and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, contractor pricing, wholesale pricing, warranty credits, or special offers.

Warranty credits may not be applied toward purchases made under this promotion.

To qualify for promotional pricing, all trees must be planted on or before September 15, 2026. All orders must be paid in full no later than 5:00 PM on August 2, 2026.

This promotion is not valid on previously purchased, previously paid, or previously installed orders.

Any warranty replacement value associated with trees purchased during this promotion will be based on the actual amount paid for the tree and not the original retail value, tree size, or replacement size.

Fannin Tree Farm reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.
