Live Oak
The Live Oak is a magnificent evergreen tree. The dark green, small glossy leaf will shed in late winter to make room for spring foliage. It is one of our top quality trees providing generations with shade and enjoyment. The average growth rate for Live Oaks is 1’ to 1.5’ per year once established.

Red Oak
The Red Oak is one of the best shade trees for Texas. The Red Oak has outstanding red and yellow fall foliage. In summertime, the leaf is a dark green, 4” in diameter with jagged edges. It grows at an average of 1.5’ to 2’ per year. The only Red Oak we sell is the Shumard Red Oak.

Bur Oak
The Bur Oak has a moderate rate of growth and adapts well to the state of Texas. Dark green leaves and rough bark give this Oak a very distinctive texture; fall colors are red, yellow and brown. This outstanding tree not only provides a large amount of shade for your yard, it also gives your home a grand appearance.

Cedar Elm
The Cedar Elm is an easy to establish native tree with interesting form and bark. The small, light green leaf makes a delicately textured tree. In fall, this tree’s leaves turn yellow and during winter, provide a lovely silhouette. This moderately growing tree grows 1’ to 2’ per year once established.

Chinese Pistachio
The Chinese Pistachio is an attractive tree growing in popularity in the Metroplex. This beautiful tree has deep green, small clusters of leaves in summer, turning brilliant red and yellow in fall. This tree grows moderately at a rate of 1’ to 2’ per year.

Crepe Myrtle
One of Texas’ beauties, the Crepe Myrtle, adds color during the hot days of summer. Ranges of color include red, white, pink, and lavender. Crepe Myrtle’s small leaf turns yellow and red in the fall. One of the most beautiful characteristics is its slick-light colored bark. Its best use is a small specimen tree in full sun.

Youpon Holly Tree
The Youpon Holly is a small rounded tree with small leathery green leaves that stay on the tree year round. This tree adapts well to sun or shade areas. On female trees, small red berries form on branches all winter. It is a hardy small specimen tree for landscape needs.

Bald Cypress
The Bald Cypress adapts well to the state of Texas. Foliage is medium green, soft textured, and ferny. Its very attractive fall color is a dark rust-red. This beautiful tree has the ability to live over 100 years and is excellent in wet soil conditions.

Elderca Pine
The Elderca Pine is a fairly rapid growing tree that is a good specimen tree and can be used to screen, or as a windbreaker. This attractive evergreen will add a different and unique look to your home with it slightly longer needles than the native pine tree.
